End of September with the grape harvest in 3 kg cases.
Aging/Refining:
Wine made from grapes dried for 5 months in cases with controlled temperature and humidity. Aged in
steel containers for 10 months. Refined for 6 months in bottles.
Colour:
intense amber yellow.
Aroma:
excellent intensity and persistence, hues of honey and very ripe fruit.
Taste:
Sweet, mature and long.
Alcoholic content:
13%.
