Cultivation system, “a Cappuccina”, or arched cane; 10-year-old vineyard.
Grape-harvest period:
Last days of August, first day of September, through a grape-harvest in crates.
Winemaking process:
It is carried out with a soft destemming/crushing process, defecation through enzymes and cryomaceration
at controlled temperature of 10-15°C for 12-15 hours.
Aging/Refining:
The must/wine is conserved in refrigerator until the time of sparkling process; this process is followed
by a six-month refining process in bottle.

Charmat Method.
Colour:
Straw yellow with greenish nuances.
Aroma:
It is persistent, intense and typical, with citrine notes.
Taste:
It is sweet, well-balanced, pleasantly aromatic.
Alcoholic content:
6,5%.
Serving temperature:
6 °C.
