Merlot 50%, Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Raboso 10%.
Spurred cord method of plant breeding, vineyard age between 10 and 15 years old.
Grape-harvest period:
First half of October, grapes are collected in proper grids.
Aging/Refining:
Aged in durmast barrels for 24 months.
Refined for at least 8 months in bottles.
Colour:
Intense red with garnet reflexes.
Aroma:
Excellent intensity and persistence, spicy hues, cherry and raspberry, mineral notes.
Taste:
Full, generous and richly persistent.
Alcoholic content:
15%.
Serving temperature:
18 °C.
Food suggestions:
Excellent with roast meat and grilled red meat. It matches also game and seasoned cheese.
