Grape-harvest period:
Last days of September, through a grape-harvest in crates.
Winemaking process:
It is carried out with appropriate stainless steel fermentors, with alternations between delestage and
reassembling.
The fermentation lasts while sugar contents last. Malolactic fermentation completed.
Aging/Refining:
In stainless steel containers for 8 months; after that there is 3-month refining in bottle.
Colour:
Deep ruby red.
Aroma:
Elegant and very clean aroma, with underwood fruits and vinous flavours.
Taste:
Its taste is dry, savoury and full-bodied.
Alcoholic content:
12%.
Serving temperature:
18 °C.

It is ideal with dry soups, boiled meats, white meat roasts and poultry.
